"Why is my ForBelly clumping?"

You're not stirring briskly enough. Check our Getting Started page for the mixing method.
"Can I take this with my medication?"

Take ForBelly 1-2 hours before or after medications. When in doubt, ask your doctor.
"When will my order ship?"

 Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same day. Email us your order number and we'll check.
"Can I change my subscription?"

Yes! Email us or log into your account to skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
"Is this safe during pregnancy?"

Fiber is generally safe, but check with your doctor first. Every situation is different.
"Do you ship to Canada?"

Not yet, but we're working on it. Email us to get notified when we expand.
