HOW TO USE FORBELLY

It's Easy, We Promise

The key to great results: start slow, be consistent, and give your belly time to adjust.

ForBelly works. But like any fiber supplement, your gut needs a few days to get used to it.

Most people hit their groove within 1-2 weeks. Some feel the difference in 3-4 days.
Either way, the secret is following the ramp-up schedule below.

Don't skip ahead. Your belly will thank you.

Your 3-Step Ramp-Up Schedule

The Mixing Method (10 Seconds to Smooth)

  • Step 1: Start with a little liquid

Pour 2-3oz (about 1/4 of your total liquid) into your glass first.

  • Step 2: Add ForBelly

Add your measured ForBelly (1 or 2 teaspoons depending on your phase).

  • Step 3: Stir briskly

Stir aggressively for 10 seconds. We mean it. This is the secret to smooth texture.

  • Step 4: Add the rest

Pour in the remaining liquid (6-10oz). Stir one more time.

  • Step 5: Drink it fresh

Don't let it sit. ForBelly works fast and thickens if you wait too long. Mix it, drink it.

What This Prevents:

Clumping. That gritty texture. The "ugh, I have to choke this down" feeling you get with other fiber supplements.

Best Times to Take ForBelly

For Weight Loss & Fullness:

Take 15-30 minutes before meals. The fiber expands in your stomach so you feel fuller. You'll naturally eat less without feeling deprived.

For Regular Digestion:

First thing in the morning works great. Sets you up for smooth sailing the rest of the day.

For GLP-1 Users (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound):

Take twice daily before meals. Helps with the constipation that comes with these medications and keeps you fuller between doses.

For Routine Builders:

Whenever you'll actually remember to take it. Consistency beats perfect timing.

The One Rule:

Don't take it right before bed. You want things moving, not sitting in your stomach overnight.

Pro Tips from People Who've Been Using ForBelly

Drink more water.

Fiber works by absorbing water. If you're not drinking enough, you'll feel constipated, not regular. Aim for 8+ glasses a day.

Use cold or iced liquids.

ForBelly mixes smoother in cold liquids. Warm is fine, but cold is better.

Try sparkling water first.

The bubbles create the smoothest texture. This is the easiest way to take ForBelly.

Take it with coffee.

Sounds weird. Works great. The lemon-ginger brightens coffee without being "lemon coffee." Check our recipe page for ideas.

Don't skip days.

Consistency is everything. Miss a day or two and you'll feel the difference. Make it part of your routine.

Measure it.

Use an actual measuring spoon. Eyeballing it = taking too much too fast = bloating.

Keep your canister sealed.

Moisture = clumping. Store in a cool, dry place. Don't put it in the fridge.

Troubleshooting: What If...

"I'm bloated or gassy."

You increased the dosage too fast. Go back to the previous level for 3-5 more days, then try again. Also: drink more water.

"It's not working yet."

How long have you been taking it? Most people see results in 3-7 days, but some take 10-14 days. If you're on Day 3, be patient. If you're on Day 20, email us at hello@forbelly.com.

"It clumps when I mix it."

You're not stirring briskly enough, or you're adding all the liquid at once. Follow the mixing method above: Add ForBelly to a little liquid first, stir like you mean it, then add the rest.

"It gets thick if I don't drink it right away."

That's how fiber works. It absorbs liquid and expands. Mix it right before you drink it. Don't make it ahead of time.

"Can I take more than 2 tsp twice daily?"

Talk to your doctor first. Most people don't need more than 4 tsp total per day (2 tsp twice daily). More isn't always better.

"Can I take it with medications?"

Fiber can affect how your body absorbs some medications. Take ForBelly at least 1-2 hours before or after medications. When in doubt, ask your doctor.

"I'm pregnant/breastfeeding. Is this safe?"

Fiber is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but check with your doctor first. We're not doctors, and every situation is different.
