WHAT NOT TO DO

Learn From Our Mistakes (So You Don't Have To)

Don't let it sit. Mix it, drink it. If you let ForBelly sit for more than 5 minutes, it gets thicker. That's just science. Drink it fresh.

Don't use boiling water. Warm is fine. Hot is fine. Boiling messes with the texture. Keep it under 180°F if you're feeling precise.

Don't skip the stirring. We know, we know. But those 10 seconds of stirring = smooth texture. Skip it and you'll regret it.

Don't use a tiny amount of liquid. ForBelly needs at least 8oz to work its magic. Less than that and you're making paste, not a drink.

Don't overthink it. If it tastes good, you're doing it right.

The Real Talk: Timing & Tips

The Real Talk: Timing & Tips

WHEN TO DRINK:

Before meals, first thing in the morning, for an afternoon pick-me-up or whenever you remember. Consistency matters more than timing.

THE MIXING TRICK:

Add ForBelly to a little liquid first and stir briskly, then add the rest of your drink. No clumps. No drama.

WHY SPARKLING WATER WINS:

The bubbles make everything smoother. We tested it. A lot. Trust us on this.

STORAGE TIPS:

Keep your canister sealed tight. Store in a cool, dry place. Don't put it in the fridge (moisture = clumping). Don't leave it in your hot car. Treat it like you'd treat coffee or flour.
