For when you want substance. Smoothies that do double-duty.

Golden Hour Smoothie

  • 1 serving ForBelly
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • Small piece fresh ginger
  • Squeeze of lime

Blend until smooth. Pretend you're on a beach. Your gut is definitely on vacation.

Green Machine (But Make It Delicious)

  • 1 serving ForBelly
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Handful of spinach (we said it's delicious, we didn't say no veggies)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Squeeze of lemon

Blend it up. You just snuck in your fiber AND your greens. Look at you go.

Peachy Keen

  • 1 serving ForBelly
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Blend until creamy. Tastes like summer. Works year-round.
