Refund policy

30-day empty-tub guarantee on your first order

Your first ForBelly order comes with a 30-day guarantee. If ForBelly isn't for you, email us at matthew@forbelly.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your whole first order, including any shipping you paid, even if the tubs are empty. You don't need to send anything back.

The guarantee covers your first order of ForBelly Fiber Powder, bought once or on Subscribe & Save, including a discounted first order. It applies once per customer. If your first order was on Subscribe & Save, we'll cancel the subscription when we refund you, unless you tell us you'd like to keep it.

Returns on other orders

For later orders and Subscribe & Save renewals, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email matthew@forbelly.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without a return request first won't be accepted.

Gift cards can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away at matthew@forbelly.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. This is in addition to the 30-day guarantee on your first order.

Refunds

We'll let you know when your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us at matthew@forbelly.com.
